Palembang, Indonesia
That`s where Mr. Ino is on a 6 month business trip. It`s not exactly the beauiful green rice fields of Bali, but he said he will do his best. He also writes a blog so I will periodically borrow some of his pictures and tell of some of his adventures. This is his first time on a 6 month business trip. He said that most of the natives don`t even speak English, and he also doesn`t speak Indonesian, so he is doing his best to communicate with hand gestures and body language! The pictures below are from his first day off. He also told me before his departure that he doesn`t like hot weather and he doesn`t like hot=spicey food!
So, I said "Good Luck :)" and I think that he will probably lose a few pounds while he is away.
Recently I read the net a lot...
On the net today I read another interesting article...It was about Ice coffee.
Ice coffee is a popular drink in Japan in the summer! I read that the coffee shops around town can`t make enough of them! Once in a while I drink Ice coffee, but usually I oder a hot coffee, regular, black. Some people are real picky about the beans, what kind of beans, where they are from, blah blah blah, but for me, I drink instand coffee=Nestle Cafe Gold Blend every day, so basically anything is OK.
Have you drank any Ice coffee recently?
Today was a beautiful and NOT humid day. It was nice...
